2025 Gardening Journey Continues

I love experimenting with food scraps and gardening. The ginger, carrots, and onion are doing great, I am also grow potatoes indoors this year. I use glasses, jars, any plastic container and left over plastic ziplock bags to germinate food scraps. It a delicate or scientific process but easy to accomplish. The red onions are the hardiest to start in my opinion. Here are more photos
